Common questions about our services
What services does BridgeWeb offer?
Website design and custom web development, ecommerce stores, mobile apps, custom software, UX and UI design, branding and logo work, SEO, social media, website maintenance and security clean-up. We have been doing this from North York, Toronto since 2006 across 115 projects and 14 industries.
Do you only work with businesses in Toronto?
No. Most of our clients are in Toronto and the GTA, but we work with businesses across Ontario and the rest of Canada. Design reviews and development happen over video and shared screens, so being in another province changes the schedule, not the quality of the work.
How much does a website cost?
Roughly $3,000 to $8,000 for a straightforward business site of five to ten pages, $8,000 to $25,000 for a custom-designed site, and $15,000 upward for ecommerce. Custom web applications start around $20,000. We quote a fixed price in writing before any work starts.
How long does a project take?
Three to five weeks for a standard business site, six to ten weeks for a custom design, eight to sixteen weeks for an online store. The most common cause of delay is not development — it is waiting on text and photographs from the client.
Do I own the website when it is finished?
Yes. You own the code, the design files, the domain and the hosting account, and you can take all of it to another developer at any time. Ask any web company this before you sign, because some build on platforms you can never leave.
